_GCRY_GCC_ATTR_DEPRECATED.
Include copy of libgpg-error's gpg-error.h in order to make it
easy to build libgcrypt without needing libgpg-error.h.

GcryCipherHd, GCRY_MD_HD, GcryMDHd): Declared deprecated.
