Sparc: split FPU and VIS op helpers
Move FPU op helpers to fop_helper.c. Move VIS op helpers to vis_helper.c, compile it only for Sparc64. Reviewed-by: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net> Signed-off-by: Blue Swirl <blauwirbel@gmail.com>
