Allows us to use cpu_reset() in place of cpu_state_reset() in
main_cpu_reset().
Also pass it through to its reset callbacks, while at it.

Frees the identifier cpu_reset for QOM CPUs (manual rename).
Don't hide the parameter type behind explicit casts, use static
functions with strongly typed argument to indirect.
