Docbook was done using Pandoc and cleaned up by hand. Add an asciidoc.conf which contains macros for linking to Wireshark bugs and CVE IDs. Remove the release-notes.chm target. I don't think we ever used it and we're probably better off generating PDF or HTML if we need something fancier than plain text.
