* cipher/dsa.c: Release memory for MPI and sexp structures.
* cipher/ecc.c: Release memory for sexp structure.
* tests/keygen.c: Likewise.

These leaks broke the mpitests, basic and keygen tests when running
under AddressSanitizer.
