ecc: Implement the "nocomp" flag for key generation.
* cipher/ecc.c (ecc_generate): Support the "nocomp" flag. * tests/keygen.c (check_ecc_keys): Add a test for it. Signed-off-by: Werner Koch <wk@gnupg.org>
