net: allow using any PCI NICs in -net or -nic
Remove the hard-coded list of PCI NIC names; instead, fill an array using all PCI devices listed under DEVICE_CATEGORY_NETWORK. Keep the old shortcut "virtio" for virtio-net-pci.
