block: Allow error return in BlockDevOps.change_media_cb()

So add an Error parameter to the function. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wolf <kwolf@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Max Reitz <mreitz@redhat.com> Acked-by: Fam Zheng <famz@redhat.com>
